Ryan Wengryn, Founder
Ryan founded WengrynFitness with the intention of helping candidates in the Military/Police/Firefighting communities pass their initial fitness tests in order to serve our country & their communities.
Having previously served as an active-duty Infantryman in the US Army, Ryan is now a full-time Strength & Conditioning coach working for the Army to help soldiers get physically fit and mentally prepared for any situation they're faced with.
